Substrate Reckoner
Depending on the type, roughness and porosity of surface to be coated, the priming requirements and amount of material required can vary. The table below outlines suitable substrates, primers and typical coverage rates.
Adhesion tests maybe required for certain substrates to confirm preparation & priming requirements. All coverage rates are indicative only and subject to confirmation on the project site.

FLEXITEC 2020 WARM ROOF FEATURES
The Restec SA Carrier Layer offers the ideal solution for insulated warm roofs or where the existing roof surface is not suitable for overlaying. There is no need for fixing a timber deck and the self-adhesive carrier layer can be coated without the need for primer.
