TRAINING MANAGER
Aron
With over 12 years of liquid roofing experience, Aron joined the team in June 2024, starting as an instructor following the sale of his roofing firm. After a successful year, Aron stepped up to the role of Training Manager, overseeing training development and courses across the UK and Europe.

Hayden
Hayden is our resident baby Gandalf, with an impressive 10 years working in liquid coatings and roofing on the commercial side of the market, joining Restec in 2022.

Brendon
Brendon joined the team early 2025 following 20 years working on the tools, specialising in GRP liquid roofing across both the domestic & commercial roofing sectors.

Our resident newbie, Jo joined the team in March 2026 bringing with her a wealth of experience within the merchant market, previously working as an area manager and product trainer.
