The SPA Hotel roof renovation project serves as a prime example of effective damage control and successful roofing solutions. A severe storm caused significant damage to the existing felt roof covering, leaving approximately 200 square meters in need of a new, long-lasting waterproof protection. JC Roofing & Cladding was called in to manage the project and elected to use Flexitec 2020 as the new waterproof membrane. The installation was expertly completed by JPA Roofing & Leadwork, resulting in a strong and durable barrier against future weather damage.
